The role is a mix between office and field based and the desirable candidate must possess experience of senior management along with the ability to handle complex relationships with both clients and colleagues, experience within the rail industry with backgrounds in CCTV, electricity or telecommunications, be able to demonstrate their ability to build and sustain project delivery teams and to be able to create and manage business growth. You will be working very closely with the client/customer Directors and heads so customer facing skills along with strong communication skills is a must. (Full job description upon request).
